Exoracing Adjustable AN Wrench Spanner AN03-AN16Why Use An Exoracing Adjustable AN Wrench Spanner? If you want to ensure your AN fittings remain scratch-free during installation, check out the Exoracing Adjustable AN wrench spanners. Traditional spanners, often made from stainless steel, leave unsightly marks and scratches on the fittings. Anyone who has worked with AN fittings knows how easily they can be marked. Our adjustable AN spanners are CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminium and designed to match the shape of AN hose ends. They are anodised with the same coating as the fittings to avoid scratches during installation. Being made from billet aluminium, which is relatively soft, helps prevent damage to either product when the spanner and fitting surfaces meet. If you have ever assembled AN fittings and lines, you will know how much force they take to be correctly fitted; this is now not a worry with our adjustable AN spanners. Another huge advantage of our adjustable AN spanners is that they range from AN03 to AN16, so you ...

Exoracing AN03 Turbo Oil Feed Restrictor 0.9mmWhy Use An Exoracing AN03 Turbo Oil Feed Restrictor? Maintaining a consistent oil flow is crucial to ensuring the best performance from turbochargers. It is important to note that ball-bearing turbos have a different cartridge design than journal-bearing turbos, and consequently, they require a lower flow of oil. This is where oil restrictors come into play. Without a restrictor, oil leakage through the seals is inevitable. Therefore, installing an Exoracing oil restrictor immediately is highly recommended to prevent further oil leakage. Using an oil restrictor prevents oil leaks and enhances boost response by minimising the oil windage in the bearing. To achieve maximum efficiency, the oil pressure entering a ball-bearing turbocharger should be between 40psi and 45psi, depending on which turbocharger you use. However, many engines have higher oil pressure, creating the need for our 0.035"/0.9mm restrictors. Our oil restrictor is designed to cater to most oil lines, which are AN03 a...

Exoracing An10 Turbo Oil Return Drain Fitting Stainless SteelWhy Use An Exoracing An10 Turbo Return Drain Fitting? If you are currently doing a turbo conversion or making a catch can, etc., you would normally weld AN10 fittings for the drain, breather ports, etc., but we now have a solution which requires no welding. The new approach is to drill a hole and tighten both nuts together, creating an incredibly fast way of creating an AN10 male port. Our Exoracing AN10 turbo drain fittings are machined from high-grade 304 stainless steel, so even if you want to weld them, you can! Although welding remains the preferred method, this solution is highly beneficial when welding is not feasible. Furthermore, this adapter can also serve as a no-weld catch, enabling you to effortlessly create your own without needing a fabricator; all you need to own is a drill and 27mm sockets or spanners. We also include two PTFE washers to ensure the stainless steel nuts do not bind or gall over time when tightened against any material. Most turbo oil drains, catch ca...

Exoracing Magnetic AN Vice Jaws 6061 Billet AluminiumWhy Use Exoracing Magnetic AN Vice Jaws? Have you ever tried to make AN lines and realised that you are damaging the fittings? This is where Exoracing magnetic AN vice jaws come in. They are machined from 6061 billet aluminium and include 3 x strong neodymium magnets in each half to fit perfectly inside a vice without slipping. The benefit of using one of these is that they are shaped perfectly to fit AN fittings from AN03 up to AN20. Being machined from aluminium and anodised, they will not scratch the fittings as you install them onto the AN line. These inserts are designed to make fitting lines easier by securely holding the fittings in place. Their unique hexagonal shape perfectly matches AN fittings. Another massive advantage is that you can assemble the lines horizontally or vertically due to the unique shape machined into the aluminium. Exoracing Turbo Boost Pressure Quick Tap Fitting KitWhy Use An Exoracing Boost Quick Tap Kit If you're running an aftermarket turbo, it will not always come with a vacuum port on the compressor side. This port is crucial for regulating boost levels from the actuator or wastegate; your turbo system may not function properly without one. However, don't worry; we have a solution for you. Our quick tap kit includes all the necessary parts to install a reliable boost pressure port on the first silicone connector out of the turbo compressor outlet without drilling and tapping the housing itself. This means that with our kit, you can enjoy the full functionality and reliability of having a fitting on the compressor housing, ensuring that your turbo operates at its best. You can also use this for a normal vacuum port in any other silicone hose in your system, but it needs to be installed in the correct place, depending on which vacuum you need to pull. All you need to do is drill a 12mm hole, push the fitting through from the inside and tigh...
